Speaker Speaks to York Rotary

We had a good talk this morning by Mark Eves, Speaker of the Maine House of Representatives, about a contentious year marked, ironically, by much bipartisan collaboration. Coincidentally, there's an article in this morning's Boston Globe about the same subject.
