Chloe Whitbread and Veda Kiper Phelps…Chloe will attend Duke to study Public Policy. We’ve had the pleasure of seeing Chloe with her speech and debate presentations. Veda will attend Connecticut College to study Biology and Neuroscience. Veda’s commitment to Service within iur own country to help with natural disasters was near and dear to Rotary Hearts!
