HAPPY DOLLARS:  Melanie Ladd – for the International Basketball Tournament;  Annette Fazio – for her family reunion that she had a great time at;  Bill Anderson – for being on time and he also had a happy dollar from Jeff Furbish;  Jim Bartlett – Casino’s No fundraiser;  Steve Jendzejec – 25th anniversary and Steve made his annual contribution of $100 to the Rotary Foundation;  Loretta Prescott – happy that she was having her new hot tub delivered;  Eric Bergeron – buying a new condo;  Ross Thompson – happy his son has started his own business and he decided to help him out by raffling a car detailing that Paul Salacain won.

 

SAD DOLLARS:  Mary Andrews – because the casino backers have not given up on Kittery;  Melanie Ladd – for the death of Linda Masella

MEETING/ SPEAKER;  The guest speaker for today’s meeting canceled, therefore Loretta and John DeStefano presented the fund raising opportunity with used printer cartridges – as a club we will collect all used printer cartridges to be recycled and depending on the cartridge we will received $$.  The annual expected amount to be raised is $500.  President Steve spoke about the Spring Dance – the date is still not finalized but should be very soon.  Additionally the club web site is one step closer and we now have the web site address – yorkmerotary.org  - thanks to John Rainone.
