Tom Spencer and his youngest daughter, Bridget, went up front to accept a small gift.   Tom will be deployed in January to Fort Drum in Watertown, New York.  He will then be sent to Kuwait on Feb. 1st.  There are 121 people in his group.  Their mission is towards peace enforcement to try to restore security to Iraq.  The mission is evolving on a daily basis.  365 days will be spent in Iraq—(feet in the sand for 1 year) in very austere conditions.

We all wish Tom luck and will miss him until his return!!

Bridget then closed the meeting.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
